What is Hallows Eve?
It's a fun app for creating Halloween themed scenes. You can select a preset theme or create one yourself using the individual elements - ghosts, skulls, ghoulish hands, tombstones and other creepy delights! If you like a particular combination, save as a Preset to use again and again.
Here's a scene I created. I started with a texture as a background (this works great with this app and I have a few hundred textures saved on my iPad).
I took it one step further and added a layer of texture in Mextures. My wish list for the app is to be able to add layers using images from my Photo Library.
Here's another image created with Hallows Eve starting with a texture for the background.
Below I cropped and added a Stackables texture to further blend the image
Not into the creepy? This app can be used to tone and add clouds to any image. I changed a Long Beach street scene (left) using Hallows Eve (right).
I also changed the tones on this image taken from a recent hike.
