Photo App Friday Giveaway | Perspective Correct

There are many apps that help you straighten a horizon, but what if the "perspective" is off? Well, there's an app for that too - it's called Perspective Correct. With this app, you can correct both the horizontal and vertical perspective with just a swipe of your finger. The correction can be done while you're shooting an image or afterwards by importing your photo from your camera roll.

The developers of Perspective Correct recommend it for:

  • Architecture Photography – fix leaning and ‘falling’ buildings and houses
  • Real Estate Photography – correct distortions outside and inside the home
  • Landscape Photography – correct leaning trees
  • Artwork documentation – paintings, prints and other hanging objects
  • Portraiture – fix facial distortion including big noses and foreheads
  • Street Photography – streetscapes and vanishing points

Below are examples showing before and after Perspective Correct.
